Sr. International Sales Representative Apply Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each to close customers.
Freight Broker Apply Working with customers and carriers to book and secure truckload, LTL and intermodal transportation. Aids in the business development of new accounts as well as facilitating the growth of your current customers and carrier base.
Licensed Customs Broker Apply This person will be responsible for our customs compliance strategy, filing entries and for clearing customs on all imports for both air and sea shipments.
International Account Executive Apply Responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new accounts in partnership with our pricing and operations team. Combines sales, account management and relationship building all into one.
Global Operations Coordinator Apply Ensure the timely pickup and delivery of all freight under your supervision. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, billing and costing for Import/Export services. International Pricing Coordinator Apply DEPARTMENT/CATEGORY: Pricing and Trade Lane DevelopmentREPORTS TO: Pricing ManagerLOCATION: Blaine, MNWORK SCHEDULE: FT/M-F/8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible)COMPENSATION: Salary + BenefitsThe Pricing Coordinator acts as an extension of the sales and operations departments and is primarily responsible for assisting the sales team with pricing quotations, education of pricing tools and their functions, administering pricing updates, and managing all pricing data. The Pricing Coordinator’s goal is to provide quick and accurate pricing to earn profitable business, increase customer retention and drive revenue growth. Experience/Education:One to three years of related experience and/or training in Transportation & Logistics; experience with pricing structures, strategy and concepts in the Supply Chain or Logistics industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Pricing, Mathematics or Finance preferred. Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and technical proficiency.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios and percentages. Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Familiar and interested in global geography. Ability to multitask and make quick calculations. Responsibilities: Validate price records periodically to ensure only required and current data is in the system while maintaining privacy of competitive pricing. Daily communication with international partners, ocean carriers, and domestic vendors via phone, email or in person to gather and update costing information. Actively engage in all pricing activities to ensure they are performed in a timely manner with high efficiency. Interpret customer pricing, transit time, and routing requirements provided by the sales team to identify the transportation option that best meets the customer’s needs and provide accurate pricing. Monitor and implement manual price changes; maintain pricing procedures; maintenance of price sheet informational guides in MS Excel. Update the internal pricing tool with any new/updated rates. Collaborate with Sales Representatives for RFQs. Data reporting and analytical tasks as assigned. Provide support on special projects and other duties as assigned.
